Q: Is your pottery food safe?
A: Yes, everything is completely food safe.

Q: Is your pottery microwave safe?
A: Yes.

Q: Is your pottery dishwasher safe?
A: Yes.

Q: How do I care for my pottery?
A: Stoneware and Porcelain are both very sturdy so regular washing or dishwashing is fine. For more fragile items, you may want to hand wash
(but it’s not necessary) to avoid possibly chipping.

Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
A: We go out of our way to ensure that your order is packaged securely. Though shipping damage is very uncommon, we know it’s possible and will do everything we can to rectify the situation if it happens. Please see the Returns section for instructions on returning or replacing an item.

Q: Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it ?
A: Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you feel the need to return an item, please see the Returns section for instructions on returning or replacing an item.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time. If anything changes in the future, it will be reflected on our website.

Q: Do you give lessons?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time through this website. If you have an international purchase request, feel free to Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request offline directly.

Q: Can I buy a gift card?
A: Absolutely! If you’re looking for a gift, this is often the best way to go. When you purchase a Gift Card, a digital copy will be sent to the email provided upon ordering. It will include a code that can be used upon checkout. Please be aware when considering a $ amount that shipping costs will be additional if checkout total is over the gift card amount.
