Shipping Policy

 Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and packaged for shipping within 2–4 business days .

Order Shipping Times

Once your order is received and packed, you will receive an email confirming ship date and tracking number. You should receive your order within 5–10 business days from the date of the order, excluding weather, busy time of year or other unscheduled/unforeseen delays. If you haven’t received your order after 10 days and have tried tracking your package (see Shipment and Order Tracking Confirmation below), please Contact us and we will notify the courier to investigate the situation.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Costs are currently billed at a Flat Rate: $15 per order + $1 per item.

  • There is no shipping cost associated with your order if you check Local Pickup when ordering.

 Shipping Couriers

  • Orders are currently shipped via UPS or USPS.
    Note: UPS will not deliver to PO boxes and all deliveries require a street address.

  •  Domestic Shipping is currently available to all 50 US States.

  •  US Territory and International Shipping is currently Unavailable.* We hope to provide this service soon and will update terms here when that happens.

 Shipment and Order Tracking Confirmation

  • Once your order is received and processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hrs.

  •  As soon as your ordered is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a carrier Tracking number, usually within 24-48 hrs.

  • For Local pickup, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions for making arrangements to pick up your order.

Insurance

  • Insurance is included in the shipping price. If you haven’t received your package after 10 days, have tracked it with the carrier and it has not been marked Delivered, please Contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the situation or file a claim.

  •  Note that insurance does not cover theft. We know it happens these days, but if the carrier shows that your package was Delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot refund or replace that item as that part of the process is out of our hands.
