Returns/Refunds
If you are unhappy with anything you receive: Our goal is that you are happy with everything you purchase, so if anything you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund minus the shipping cost. Contact us and we will make arrangements to return. We will not accept returns if your reason for return is that an item is not the size your were expecting. We ask that you clearly review the item specs as photos are taken to best display the product, and items of differing size may appear the same. If you decide to return an item:
Contact us. Please include your order number, name and the reason for return.
Returned item must be packed securely in its original packaging (if possible).
Once we have received your return and confirmed it’s in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price. We will not refund shipping costs nor issue store credit.NOTE: Return shipping will be at your cost. Please insure.
If something arrives damaged: We package everything as securely as possible. However transit accidents may occur. If this happens to something you’ve received:
Before you open the package, and if it looks damaged in any way, take photos of the box before opening.
Take photos of the item while still in the box.
Take photos of the broken item.
Contact us and we will make arrangements for replacement or refund. Be sure to include the photos, your name and order number in your message.
If you did not receive your package: We have no control over a package once it’s accepted by the shipping carrier, and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you haven’t received your package after 10 days, please track your package with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
